Lisa Gaye Brewster Mitchell, 63, of Louisville, KY (formerly of Russell Springs), passed away on Wednesday, July 22, 2026 at the University of Louisville Hospital. She was born on June 23, 1963 in Somerset, a daughter of June Campbell Brewster and the late Lyle Brewster.
Lisa was baptized on July 14, 1973 and was a member of Russell Springs Christian Church. She was a graduate of Russell County High School and went on to graduate with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Work from the University of Kentucky. Lisa was an avid UK fan and loved all animals, especially cats.
