The blaze started around 2:45 a.m. in a clothing store, causing the roof to collapse and leading to a significant fire response. Multiple fire crews from San Miguel Fire & Rescue, along with additional support from Heartland Fire & Rescue, National City Fire, Chula Vista Fire, and San Diego Fire-Rescue, worked hard to contain the situation before it spread further.
